Who we are

Midtown Stays (midtownstays.com) is a direct-booking brand for short-term rental stays, operated and managed by Corzly. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Booking details: name, email, phone number, stay dates, and party size when you book, request a quote, or send an inquiry.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage analytics: pages visited, searches, clicks, approximate location (city level), and device information, via Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which may record anonymized session replays and heatmaps), and our own first-party event tracking. First-party events use no cookies and contain no personal information.
• Email engagement: opens, clicks, and unsubscribe requests when you receive our emails.

Service providers we use

We share data only with the providers needed to run this service: Stripe (payments), Hostaway (reservation management), Google Analytics (traffic analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), Resend (email delivery), HubSpot (property management inquiries), and Netlify (website hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and your choices

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before any analytics cookies load, and can change that choice any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. All visitors can opt out of analytics the same way. Essential cookies required for booking and authentication do not require consent.

Retention

Booking and payment records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained per each provider's standard retention period. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we'll respond within the legally required window.
