We loved this space! It was perfect for my wife and I to get away from home for a few days. We were in town to see a concert at the Tower Theater, and we were easily able to walk to and from there.
Everything was wonderful. Place was comfortable and allowed me to relax after a long day.
This was the best spot for visiting downtown and the historic areas of Mesta Park, Heritage Hills, Uptown, downtown, Automobile Alley, and more. Loved the old building this is in but with all the conveniences and updates of a renovated, modern space. Tim was very communicative , responsive, and super helpful. Couldn't have been happier with my choice. Thank you!!
The bed was super comfortable, the internet fast and reliable and the workspace/dining area was spacious and comfortable! Tim was friendly and very responsive. Overall a great stay ✨😊
Tim's place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was conveniently located just north of downtown OKC. Tim and his assistant were very communicative and responsive to anything that came up. I would recommend this venue and would stay here again.
Great host and good area. Love the private parking and how quite it is. Place had black out curtains and fans which made it much easier to sleep than other places I’ve stayed. Would definitely stay again.
I spent a month at Tim's place while working remotely and had a great stay. It's in one of the better neighborhoods in town in my opinion, close to a bunch of good restaurants and pleasant homes, and a nice place to go walking or running. It's also close to the freeway and downtown alike, so it makes a good base for exploring OKC. The only thing I'd note is that it's in an old building, which gives it some charm, but it also shows some age in places. That said, I was happy I stayed here and would be happy to do so again.
A five minute walk or 1 minute drive to the ou medical complex, children’s, trauma. A couple good local shops and eateries around the corner 3 minute walk to Culbertson. Bbq pizza and a daiquiri bar for starters. Barber, nails, beauty shop, boutiques. It’s a cool strip. It’s secured and on an old streetcar boulevard so the traffic doesn’t go through often and the street is quiet sans the medivac helicopters flying to and from OU. I got used to it quick and the unit has a fan for white noise. Large kitchen for its size and layout. Way bigger than a historic bungalow kitchen like most of the houses in this neighborhood. Comfy bed. I recommend it to anyone who needs to be striking distance to OU medical and folks looking to stay somewhere quiet that’s 5 minutes from downtown, bricktown, and 2 minutes to the capital. It also felt safe for my vehicle and self to have the big coded gate and iron fence around the entire property.
I love the location. The apartment was super cute and comfortable. The bathroom is very small, just makes for a quick shower. But overall the stay was amazing with lots of amazing restaurants and activities near by.
Tim was great, very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and just as described, worth the price paid. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy but I never had any issues or concerns especially with the multiple locks and codes to get in.
Tim's apartment was exactly what I needed for a quick trip to OKC. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and check-in was super easy. Tim was also a pleasure to communicate with. I recommend staying here!
Tim’s place was very clean, nice, and easy. Quick and easy check in, good amount of space with a bathroom, bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Had amenities you’d expect in the house: dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, dishes, etc. Generally a good spot.

Super attentive and responsive host. I like a good bed with extra pillows, good water pressure and powerful AC, and Tim’s place had all of it. Parking was easy and secure, enjoyed Netflix too.

We were guests for a weekend in the upstairs apartment (#9) of the Carriage Cottage in OKC. It was a cheerful, comfortable space. I enjoyed reading several times in the window seat. We walked the quiet neighborhood admiring the old houses. Tim and his team were super friendly and always quick to reply.
Excelente lugar, todo automatizado: desde la entrada principal hasta el de la puerta del departamento. El lugar esta un poco viejo, sobre todo los muebles, sin embargo todo está completamente limpio y funcional. Cuenta con área de lavado y secado muy funcional. Tuvimos el inconveniente que de alojará un tlacuache en el sistema de ventilación, sin embargo en cuanto avisamos a Tim, envío un especialista para capturar al animalito (sin dañarlo). Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y apta para salir a caminar o correr alrededor. Muy cerca del hospital universitario de Oklahoma, por cualquier emergencia.
Nice cozy abode in the beautiful Lincoln Terraces area. I really enjoyed afternoon walks around the neighborhood looking at the amazing styles and architecture of the older houses. The apartment was a little smaller than I expected but it worked well for my 10 day stay. WiFi worked well allowing me to stream and work all day without issue. Bed, linens, pillows and towels high quality. Bare minimum essentials included, but could have included paper towels and napkins.
Super cozy and cute, just enough space for the two of us. Loved the gated parking lot for an extra sense of security. It had everything we needed!

Great stay while relocating! I’ve got a dually truck and still had plenty of room to park. Neighbors are kind and welcoming in passing. Within walking distance of Capitol Park, perfect place to watch the sunrise reflect off the Capitol and enjoy a cigar. Neighborhood feels safe and has many historic homes to gaze upon on an evening or morning walk. Short driving distance to many of the main roads in OKC and minutes away from the Plaza, Mesta Park, and seconds away from Lincoln Terrace. Great location and great experience, 10/10 would stay again!! Tim is one of the best hosts that I’ve had the pleasure of working with as any inconveniences were addressed many days before expected. It felt like home away from home!
We were so happy to get such a great place and have the ability to check in as late as we did. Loved the stay. Tim was super responsive and very helpful. The recommendations were great and the place looked exactly like the photos. Very cool location and it was surprisingly quiet for where it was. I loved how there was a box of ear plugs and a white noise machine available if needed lol.. highly recommend this place. Definitely looking out for this spot next time! Thanks Tim!
Great place. Host was very responsive and proactive with communication. Great location. Only thorn was noise pollution within complex. Upstairs neighbor’s music was super loud. You can hear everything. Not a huge problem for me as I wasn’t there much other than sleeping.
We highly recommend this stay; AirBnb is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood near three heart of OKC! The rooms where incredibly comfortable and Tim was a great host!

We had a great time at Tim’s. We selected his place last minute and was very accommodating in getting us in at short notice. It is located centrally to everywhere we wanted to visit in OKC. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was exactly what we needed for our stay.
