What a great place to stay for our first Memphis trip!
The loft apartment is in the heart of downtown - walking distance to National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Mississippi River Park and lots of restaurants.
The décor, exposed bricks and all the comforts of home made this a very special place. We really liked the contactless check-in, reserved parking and texts from Tim. He was friendly and very responsive, right down to providing recommendations for best Memphis BBQ.
We look forward to coming back and telling all our friends about this location (we already have :-)). Thank you Tim!

The place where you lay your head can make or break your experience while traveling. This air n b looks exactly like the pictures! It was very clean and comfortable. The bed is a little more on the firm side perfect for husbands that enjoy that style. Communication between Tim and his team were great!! I appreciated having a parking space that’s designated to only you. The SOB restaurant downstairs was great! Minutes from Beale Street, restaurants and museums. Perfect location! Don’t hesitate to book this place you won’t be disappointed.

Where do I begin!! Our stay was wonderful!! Cleanliness, check in, communication, LOCATION etc…everything was top notch. This Airbnb was one of our best stays to date. During our stay I had an accident, and they were so kind and helpful towards my situation and gave me peace of mind, which helped me have a great ending to our trip. Be mindful when booking that the walls are thin and you will hear everything, but that’s the charm/character of the building and we didn’t mind it much. Tim/staff thank you for making our trip a relaxing and memorable one. We can’t wait to return.

This beautiful apartment was perfect for us. It had all the amenities needed, it was in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and we were able to walk to all the sites in the downtown area we wanted to see. It met our every need!

Tucked onto a picturesque and quaint section of South Main, just close enough to walk or trolley anywhere fun in downtown Memphis; beautifully restored space, thoughtful amenities and secure/safe access, with off street parking. Building is old so some HVAC sounds but hosts thoughtfully provide ear plugs. An unexpected electrical issue was quickly repaired at our request, which was appreciated.

Tim’s place was great! It was super clean & industrial. It’s in an amazing location right next to restaurants & shops. I loved staying there & would def stay again. Check in wad super easy. It really made our stay amazing!

You cannot get a better location! The restaurants around this listing are fabulous! South of Beale is located on the bottom floor of the building and is wonderful! Sound wise, I never heard a peep out of the restaurant. There were loud guests above me, but with one message sent, Tim and his staff had it handled. This is our second time staying in one of Tim's locations and I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Memphis to check out all the locations Tim offers! They're clean, updated, and beautiful!

We loved this Airbnb. It was in a great location to walk to many of the Memphis attractions. Great restaurants were within walking distance as well. The place was very clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant in the building that you can hear some noise from but they close by 9 so it doesn’t interrupt your sleep. The noise didn’t bother us. I would definitely stay here again!

Tim’s space was amazing. A perfect place to experience Downtown Memphis! It was close to everything that we needed, amazing access to all of the attractions, and a beautiful space to spend the weekend.

Tim and his team communicated extremely well throughout my stay. Everything is pretty much seamless and the place looks exactly as advertised. Would recommend to anyone coming to Memphis if you’re looking to have a stress free stay while also being close to downtown attractions.
I so enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb…. I loved the location and having my own personal parking …. Quaint little area of town within walking distance to so many places like Beale St and the Peabody (if you can, the March of the ducks at the Peabody Hotel is a must see). The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and a beautiful atmosphere. I stayed a week and have another week booked already. There are some noises that can be heard and not avoided, but I’m a country girl and not used to city noises so that’s just part of the experience. I stayed on the second floor and the only complaint I had was a strange noise at night coming from the kitchen under me (which again, is not an issue of the apartment itself). Communication was top notch … 10/10 recommended

This unit was perfect for our stay in Memphis. It was very clean and nicely equipped. Tim & his team were very helpful and their response time was almost immediate. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Beale Street, The Civil Rights Museum and many more attractions. You also have easy access to the Trolley lines that can take you to many more attractions, only $2 a day for unlimited rides. It was a bonus to have our own secure parking spot. We would definitely stay here again.
Place was nice and neat. Comfortable bed and a nice arrangement. Easy to get to and just a short distance from Beale St. but also very quiet.

The place was as listed. The walls were paper thin so we could hear all the tenants around us. Everything. Working with Tim was mostly through automated emails. They were responsive.
We had sought to check out an hour later than the listed time and checked to see that no one else was checking in that day but Tim said we’d have to pay for another day.
I understand keeping strict rules for late check out but I typically enjoy Airbnb’s with exceptional service that provide those accommodations when they can without nickle and diming the customer. Maybe my personal preference?

I had a last-minute change to my work schedule and Tim saved the day. This place was perfect. Great location, very clean and safe! I would recommend them to anyone looking for Memphis accommodations. I loved the fact that I had a parking spot right outside. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Location was perfect. Within walking distance to Beale Street, restaurants, etc. Can hear some slight noise from restaurant down below but it quiets down around 9-10. Clean. Comfortable and priced well.

This unit was great. Very clean and well put together. Designated parking was a great plus being that it is in Downtown Memphis. Location is great with Beale Street being walking distance from the unit. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was able to handle any issue that may have occurred (even though I didn’t have any).

The place was exactly as advertised. Good setup, very clean, and close to the downtown action. I am not sure I would suggest Memphis, but if you are staying in Memphis, I would 100% recommend this place.

A beautiful mattress with quiet building was perfect for sleeping.Dishwasher and huge washer and drier with all the necessary washing powders.

Just what we needed for our short stay
My husband and I spent six nights at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and functional. The design is lovely and matches the photo. The downtown location is great. It is next door to two good restaurants and near others. My only complaint is that the memory-foam mattress is very firm. Other people might consider this a virtue or might not mind it at all.

Great place, great location, great host
I would definitely recommend this place. Great location in between Beale and South Main Arts district. Lot's of places to eat and drink, morning and night. Space was clean, well furnished and clean. Bed was new but super firm though. The room we stayed in was on the second floor, and we had people above us who we could hear their every foot step (Or were they ponies? They could've been ponies). Air handler was also super loud every time it kicked on. Found the sound machine next to the bed, and that helped immensely. I would also advise anyone staying there to be extra careful walking on Main St at night, and to be sure there are other people around if you are. We had an encounter with an unstable person late on a week night. He sucker punched me in the face as we walked past him, and was screaming that he was going to murder my wife and I. And, there was no one around to help. It was completely random and no one was hurt, but just be careful out there!

The apartment was in a great location and walkable to many places. The food and coffee shops nearby are great. The only thing that I think should be pointed out more clearly is that this apartment is on top of a restaurant which means noise 24/7 and a strong restaurant smell lingers and even into my clothing after washing them after coming home. There is other noise in the building from other tenants so I did not sleep at all even with ear plugs and my sound machine app on my phone. I realize this is an older building but didn’t expect the noise to be this bothersome. It was also a bit dirty in the shower, the floors (hair and food crumbs), and the sofa and kitchen chairs had coffee/ food spillings that needed to be wiped down completely. I kind of feel someone came in and changed the bedding and nothing else. Sorry to say all this but I think it’s important to know. I did enjoy Memphis just would get a hotel next time.

Enjoyed easy acces to Beale street, river, and some great restaurants…for 1/2 the cost of others
Positive: Location and ‘full’ apartment feel in lieu of hotel.
Negative: Bathroom towels, some cleanliness (pubic hair on bathtub), and maintenance items (sat in whisker char and promptly fell on the floor- screws missing), bath tub spigot was pulled ou 2.5” from wall, wall dings (try Clorox scrub/mark remover pads), ceiling light in bedroom does not com on (but fan works)…
This is a hidden gem! I wish we had more towels but overall great for the price!
Tim's place on South Main is ideal for dining, art, museums, shopping, coffee, with easy access to the river walk and just minutes from Beale Street. Very spacious, modern flair to a historic property. I'll recommend and would stay again in the future.
