Nice, clean roomy place with two full bedrooms and kitchen. Laundry in-unit as well. Beds are very comfortable. Communication from property management is excellent.
This is a good, safe, walkable neighborhood. Right on an awesome hipstery street of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Just down the street from the National Civil Rights Museum, which is one amazing place. A couple of blocks from the Blues Museum, a quick walk to Beale Street, and all its festivities. AND you are upstairs from really good restaurant, SOB, which lets you order carryout.
Only drawback is, it's LOUD! You can hear other tenants in the building, the restaurant downstairs, the loud cars cranking down Main street. BUT, they have white noise makers for each bedroom, as well as 4 sets of ear plugs and sleep masks (sealed, disposable) that makes sleep possible.
Cool neighborhood, good property, and we had young kids and all was still good. My daughter wanted to bring the mattress home with her!
Also, and this is a big plus, there is a dedicated parking space. No worrying about meters expiring while you're there.
Hotels in the area are about the same cost. This was totally worth it. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great kitchen setup, and it was incredibly convenient to everything from good food, cute coffee shops, etc.
This is now my favorite place to stay in Memphis. I will 100% be visiting again.
The place was just as described. location was perfectly situated downtown off of South Main. Beale Street and restaurants were all nearby.
This was an excellent location and clean apartment. It was great to have parking included, as we did some things outside of the walkable area. It was our first time in Memphis, so we appreciated the guidebook provided and recommendations. The beds were very firm just as a heads up. Everything else was great, and we would definitely stay there again when we head back in the summer!

If you are coming to Memphis to explore the area, specifically, Beale street and down town, this is definitely the location for you. It is close to all the main attractions in the downtown area. You have your own private parking spot which was great. I was able to walk or use the city scooter or bike to get around . Everything is in close proximity to this location.
Noise level: I was aware that it was going to be noisy because of the restaurant and neighbors . It was loud. I was not given the option to stay on the 3rd floor. Stayed on the 2nd floor. It was noisy. Even with the restaurant closing. Neighbors was not respectful of the noise level. Was clearly yelling, running and jumping.
Another issue noticed was the inability to use available sockets in one of the rooms. Plugging up phone charger or even your iron would blow the fuse. Circuit breaker is in the kitchen so was able to fix it.
If you need mirrors to do makeup, would recommend bring one with you. There is only one in the bathroom and in the common area.
I cannot boast enough on this place! Location was absolutely prime being only a couple blocks from Beale street! It’s located right on Main Street and within walking distance of many restaurants. The loft itself was super clean and the amenities were perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious! Loved having a washer and dryer in unit so our clothes were clean before heading home! Tim was VERY communicative and helpful! We will definitely return here!

This is a great location if it is your first time visiting Memphis or you are going back to the city you love! Walkable to many locations downtown, including Beale St. and the Civil Rights Museum. Also walkable to many restaurants and shops in the city. The apartment was super cute and very clean! Tim was a great host and communicated well! Will definitely stay here again!
This place is beautiful. Clean. Right in the middle of the action. Plenty of towels and a full stocked kitchen.
It sits on top of a restaurant so if you’re wanting complete silence, that happens after the restaurant closes. Around 9 or 10 I believe. But the host is kind enough to leave ear plugs at the side of the bed. Which was a lovely touch.
We went and hung out and had drinks below and walked straight up to our Airbnb, so that was really cool.
This place is great! My sister and I had plenty of room and we felt entirely safe. Well lit areas, stylish and the AC works fantastic! Walking distance to many attractions and the assigned parking spot was a plus! I would definitely recommend!

Modern, cute apartment in a great location. Lacking some basic care when it comes to hand soap and paper towels. However, it's very close to Beale Street and within walking distance of major downtown attractions. The assigned parking spot makes transportation in and out of the city much more convenient. There is a restaurant below and the walls are thin, but we didn't find it distracting while hanging out in the apartment. I would recommend using the provided ear plugs or sound machine if you go to bed early, otherwise, the noise was no issue for us.

I read through some of the other reviews on the sound coming from the restaurant below. This is communicated in the description and is only during the opening hours of the restaurant. It did not bother me. I think it kind of comes with booking in downtown Memphis. Beautiful building. And very good communication. Would you 100% stay again. Safe location. Best bed!
Our stay could not have been any better. We felt safe while still being well within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. Although we didn’t need them, sleep masks and earplugs were provided which I thought was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Tim’s place to anyone looking for a convenient spot to stay in Memphis.
Great location. The place was super clean. It is noisy but they provide white noise makers and earplugs. When we were home and the restaurant was open, the TV drowned out the sound. Easy parking and walking distance to lots of activities.

This place was very clean and had that hotel with a fresh splash of ikea feel! Great location and super easy in and out including parking. So convenient with restaurants and coffee shops. The noise from the restaurant is real, weirdly as if it was in the room next to you. I could hear what the people were saying. The unit was stocked with ear plugs and noise machines. We watched tv when we got back to the unit and that drowned out the noise when we were awake in the evening.

Tim was great very responsive, proactive, and gave clear instructions. This unit was clean and in a great location. Walking distance from Beale street and local restaurants. If I had to give a negative there’s 2… 1). As most of the reviewers have stated, it’s noisy. Noisy as in you can hear every word of someone’s conversation clearly. Lol Although it didn’t bother me(heavy sleeper) it did bother some of my guest. Secondly, the bathroom. The water pressure is very lite so if you have to make a deposit(number 2) you may have to flush a lot for it all to go down. The door to the bathroom also won’t open/close all the way for privacy. All in all I would still book again. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

My guests from DC and New York loved the space and it's location. They both felt safe and was able to walk to enjoy downtown Memphis.
Comfortable apartment in a great location!
Positive: location was near all downtown things to do. comfortable beds and apartment layout!
Negative: the booking process was tedious, with messages of needing payment after my credit card had been charged! Redundant messages later on, and receiving an incorrect door code, so had to call to get into our apartment. Not a big problem, but annoying!

Tim’s place was great! Very clean, easy check in, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, and it’s close to everything. You can hear conversations downstairs at the restaurant but just pop in some ear plugs and you’ll be good.

This was my second time staying in Tim's condo so i absolute love the location. The condo looked exactly like the photos online. It was clean & cute. The only thing i would recommend is putting a television in one of the bedrooms but with all the action going on outside you probably wouldn't watch it much anyways.
Beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of Memphis
Positive: Great location on Main Street, all the interesting areas in walking distance. Beautiful design of the apartment, with great eye for detail. The beds were magnificent.
Negative: The only minor detail was the noise of the a/c and that the bedrooms were a bit hard to cool. On Saturday night the street side is noisy, but we didn’t mind. The apartment in general was noisy as well, but never till late at night.

This condo style apartment is an easy walk to great BBQ, historic sites, restaurants and bars. The unit is large, clean and inviting. The area is a little dated and is clearly on the upswing, get out and enjoy it before you can't. Thanks to Tim and his team for their quick responses and clear instructions. Stayed with my wife and our adult daughter on a site seeing adventure for 2 nights in the area.

Positive: Having 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans was great. Couch wasn’t a pullout but was long enough and wide enough to sleep comfortably. Living room also had additional seating so you didn’t have to sit on the couch.
Negative: Just a little out of the way but there were still restaurants and things to do.
Tim's unit felt right at home. The unit was spotless. My family and I parked in our parking space and walked on Beal Street. Everything was perfect and I will book again. I recommand this host.
We had a hiccup on arrival as our apartment didn’t appear to have been cleaned from the previous guest. I contacted Tim and he straight away organised for the cleaner to come out, we went and enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant below and by the time we had finished our apartment was ready. Tim kept me updated and kindly refunded the cleaning fee. On our return the apartment was nice and clean. Location of the apartment was excellent for downtown Memphis and Beale street, not far to walk. As described it is noisy but it didn’t bother us as we were out and about and ear plugs are provided which were great when going to sleep. Tim is a great host and responded really quickly.

Positive: Location is amazing and only a 10 minute walk to the centre and all things Beale Street. Having the restaurant on the ground floor was perfect for those days you did not want to cook. The Apartment is an excellent size and even with 4 people in it, it did not feel claustrophobic. Lots of natural day light in every room and the furnishings and fittings were of a high quality.
Negative: The bathroom door did not close and could not be locked. Might have helped if there was a handle on it. Also, could not take the rubbish and recycling out to the bins in the parking lot as requested as the bins were not there! (not sure if someone had moved them or taken them away).

Was a great time and would recommend anyone to stay there. It’s perfect for Beale street walking distance. Always have a parking spot and have food places to eat from as well. Although, the privacy of the bathroom door wouldn’t closed and the door code not working but the key solved that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will be back very soon.

We stayed here while doing a show at the theatre nearby. It was a terrific location for this… a six minute walk to work down a very well lit street. And walking distance to so many things we loved… Beale Street, an awesome coffee shop, a yoga studio about one block away, a few great restaurants…
The space was comfortable. The kitchen had nice pots, pans, baking sheet, wine glasses, etc… And Tim is a very responsive, lovely host. We really liked staying here!

The apartment, situated directly above a restaurant, had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Tim thoughtfully provided ear plugs, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The noise from the restaurant was hardly an issue as it closed around 10 PM. This added to the overall comfort and tranquility of the place during the night hours.
Overall, the stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this place for its unique location and the attentive hospitality provided by Tim.
Good place to spend New Years and my 50th bday.
This is a very nice apartment in the heart of Memphis' entertainment area of South Main. This place is perfect for those who want to party but not those who want to sleep. The music from the bar across the street was extremely loud. The fact that noise machines, ear plugs and sleep masks are provided is evidence of the noise and bright light. Some blackout curtains would go a long way. The key pad entry quit working during out stay and the management wasn't too concerned about it. Overall, nice place just beware of the noise and light.
This place was just what we needed. Walking distance to what we wanted to do in downtown & close to what we needed to drive to. Will definitely be using this place the next time we’re in Memphis.

This place was in a great location. Easy walk to Beale Street Sun Studios, Civil Rights Museum, Orpheum and so much more! Clean and secure property.
The place was nice to relax and enjoy conversation. The available list of places to visit in Memphis was very nice. Would have liked a regular coffee maker instead of a single serving coffee maker. Washer and dryer are nice but need instructions for using. Dryer lint filter looked like it has never been cleaned. I would have liked dish rag for cleaning dishes instead of using wash cloth. Also dish soap would be nice instead of hand soap at kitchen sink. A chest of drawers in the bedrooms would have made the stay nicer for arranging my clothes. A vanity in the bathroom would have allowed some space for managing my bathroom suppplies during my stay.
We were very happy with this property for our Memphis visit. The management was very responsive. The restaurant on the first floor was delicious and we were within walking distance of many other great spots.

Tim's place was perfect. Easy walk to Fedex and Beale Street. Noise was expected as the location is downtown. However Tim had provided earplugs and sound machine to drown the sounds out. Very cute place. If i ever return I will definitely rent this location again.

As advertised. But two things stood out. First was host responsiveness. I had a few dumb questions about minor details and then stupidly locked myself out of the room (!!??), but got immediate responses on all of my concerns.
Second comment I'll offer is about the neighborhood. First impressions were not that great, but the more I walked the area, the more it grew on me, and I'm glad I stayed on South Main rather than closer to Beale (which was walkable) or the central business district.

This is a great place if you don't like to drive.. Close to Beale Street .04 miles ... The Civil rights museum was walking distance as well. The fedex forum around the corner.. If you dont like noise , this is not for you, but it was not bad if you came to hang out,,, the people are entertaining.. LOL ... Tinder box across the street,, The guys are cool to hold a conversation for all the local places to go... The OYSTER BAR ON CORNER sooo over priced and the food is just ok.... nice vibes though... Sullivans and Alfred'sBeale Street never disappoints...

This unit is well worth it, clean, modern, and centrally located to everything Memphis has to offer. Tim was extremely attentive and gracious. We will definitely be returning and recommend this unit to everyone.
Everything was wonderful with the exception of check-in. The key code system was broken, and we had to get assistance from the SOB Manager. Having been in property management, I understand things like this happen; however, advance notice of this prior to check-in would have been helpful.

First of all let me just say this is my second time at this location First on the third floor this time on the second but from the first day of booking until check-out Tim has been the greatest his communication skills are perfect and im not a person that's just trying to make him look good im talking truthfully Tim is an excellent host when i arrived i checked in and the place was very clean comfortable and smells good all the amenities was perfect my wife loves to cook it was like being in her own kitchen all the utensils were provided if you ever decide to book in memphis please look up Tim you won't regret it and last but not least all the entertainment is within walking distant i will be back next year only if i get the same place thanks for the hospitality Tim.
I was very thankful to book this stay on short notice as our other host canceled same day. This place was very close to many different restaurants/shops and was walking distance to Beale St. And FedEx stadium. Only things to note that we didn’t love was that the walls are pretty thin, to the point we could hear the conversations of the people in the restaurant underneath us in the daytime. Lastly, the beds were as hard as rocks. They had absolutely no give, but maybe I just prefer a plush bed. Otherwise, this was a very clean and convenient stay
