Terrific, cozy place. The pad is just as described. Its so cute and homey. One of the better spaces Ive rented before. The host provides a great guide as well if your unfamiliar with the city.

The historic building is quite lovely as is the apartment. It would’ve been nice to have a little more attention to detail in the home to make it more comfortable. The host was not very responsive to my requests however that could’ve been an off week for him as I see he has other really good reviews. The location is a little sketchy so be prepared for that. Not horrible but the neighborhood is a little questionable. I highly recommended the host to be more attentive to security measures.

Such a sweet little space, everything in there you need. Netflix on the TV in the living room, perfect little kitchen space. So close to great spots - Cafe Eclectic for breakfast and coffee. The bed was super comfy and the shower was nice as well.
It was okay, very weird looks when I got there I enjoyed the look of the inside but it was little things that could’ve been fixed up more.

Tim’s place is a phenomenal place to book for a stay in Memphis! I’m originally from Memphis, and I know the city well. The location is in the heart of midtown/ downtown area, and short distance from many necessities, eateries, and attractions. The check in/ out process is quick and easy, and private parking is available. The location is stylish, cozy, and clean. Perfect for 1-2 people. Location also has a beautiful large porch that is perfect for taking in the view. Felt like home away from home!!

Location is absolutely fabulous! This cozy apt was styled so nice from the very cute floor lamp to the bronze sink! So many restaurants/bars/etc. to explore within walking distance. If you’re looking to hunker down for some r&r there is a cute gas station around the corner that does sell convenience items. The laundry on the premise really came in handy since summers in the South are NOT forgiving whatsoever! WOULD definitely recommend this AirBnB for anyone wanting to explore midtown that might not have a car!
We had a great experience! Tim’s team was very quick to respond and check in at times. The apartment is very cozy, the only complaint we had was how warm the bedroom was. Other than that, we had a great stay!

This is a great stay for Memphis. The restaurant recommendations they left were also amazing!! Love each that we tried. The bedroom can get a bit hot when sleeping, but overall a thumbs up!
Tim's place worked just fine for our one-night stay in Memphis. The apartment is full of cute little touches, and it was very easy to find. He had excellent communication throughout the entire process and offered a lot of different suggestions for places to eat/things to do in Memphis!

The space was lovely and clean, the bedroom is beautiful, and we had.a great stay! We were a little surprised at the size of the apartment, we found it to be much smaller and not quite as light as the photos indicated, but still a very nice space!

This was a perfect location in Memphis for visiting all the sites. Comfy apartment in a cool old house. The communal balcony is a wonderful place for a coffee in the morning or a beer at night!
Our stay at Tim's place was great. The building has multiple units being rented out which we didn't realize but the unit was as advertised and comfortable. We would stay again and Tim and his team were quick and responsive.

Location was perfect, you can get to most areas in Memphis within 10 minutes. The apartment is nicely decorated and easy to access once you get there. We did have a small issue with the shower but someone came out to take care of it quickly. My only "complaint" is that the wifi was not strong enough, especially when the other apartments were occupied. Other than that we highly recommend when is Memphis.

Great location, beautiful 2nd floor common-area porch, free parking, and very clean apartment. A little smaller than I expected, but the surprise was my own fault, not the host’s, as AirBNB doesn’t really post square-footage. I would certainly stay here again the next time I’m in Memphis!

I definitely recommend staying here. Small space, but everything you need for two people. It’s very clean, stylish and the location is fantastic! Tim and team were very responsive to my requests and even delivered extra pillows within a couple hours. Also really appreciated the nice touch of coffee with cream and sugar.
The place was larger than expected and very comfortable. Felt isolated and safe enough to stay in during covid!
There are not enough positive vocabulary words I can muster in this moment to describe how lovely this apartment was. I loved that there was music playing when we walked in, Tim sent me a link to his local faves in the area which really really helped us narrow down where we wanted to venture out. Only one tiniest of suggestions to future visitors, if you’re warm natured at night, bring your own small fan. The AC worked perfectly fine and cooled down the apartment but we were a bit warm in the bedroom. But totally unbearable. We hope to return in the future for sure!

The apartment is small, but PERFECT for 2 people who want to be out & about in Memphis. The location was great; close to shops & restaurants but quiet enough that we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. Replies to my questions were answered almost immediately & Tim’s local guidebook was great.
Tim’s place is incredibly clean, stylish and cozy! It has a great vibe and it’s proximity to the city makes it a treasured spot. The private parking was certainly a plus as well as the classy music upon entering. I’d certainly come back!

This property is at a great location, and felt very clean. Check-in was easy, and Tim & his team were very responsive.
The living space is small but efficient, the apartment had what we needed for a quick stay.
The shower was hot with good water pressure which was great after a long day of traveling. The memory foam bed was also very comfortable.
Please note this apartment works for 1-2 people only.

Tim’s place was clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and perfect for our overnight stay in Memphis. Instructions for check in were easy and communication was prompt and clear. Would highly recommend staying here.
Place is a studio apartment and a smaller one, the driveway to get in the back for parking is tight in trucks. I barely made it to back parking with a stock F-250. Location is perfect as everything you will probably do is 15 min or less away. Neighbor are quite in the other apartments. The street is a little rough and would advise to travel at night with 2 people and make sure to lock your vehicle. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Tim’s place was nice and pretty clean.
Tim’s place was great. Very cozy, modern and the location is perfect. It’s very central in a quiet neighborhood. Food is as close to 3 minutes drive away. I felt secure where I was. It’s exactly as described. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when I visit Memphis.
Great space! Very beautiful and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. Tim and the Midwest team thought of everything! Local tips, easy check in and check out, etc. Not spotless, but as close as you can get!

Location good for downtown activities. Lots of furniture/trash in front of the property to the left. Space appears larger in the listing pics than it really is. Driveway to get to parking in back is very narrow.

really cozy little apartment, clean and well appointed, and comfortable/quiet for sleeping. Not far from Overton Park and Overton square dining options, and a very nicely renovated house. Directions and orientation by host were spot on, and there is so much to do in Memphis, you will barely be in the apartment. It feels like a treehouse inside the apartment with so many windows! A special spot!
