Great place sooo close to everything! It was like having a full apartment for our short trip. Just remember to keep an eye on the AC so it stays cool in the summer.
This was the perfect place for a quick Memphis visit. The location is in the heart of downtown and very conveniently located to dining and other Memphis attractions. The place was super clean and comfortable.
This is a great airbnb! It is in walking distance to Beale street. We did not need our car for the entire trip. It also comes with a washer and drier, iron and and iron board which was very convenient. The place was very clean and even had a “homey” type feel to it. I will definitely stay there again

Loved the location. Easy access to Beale Street, the trolley, and downtown locations of interest. Unit was super clean and a good size for a couple. It was great to have a kitchen and washer/dryer. Could use a lamp or two in the living room because the lighting in the kitchen/living room space is either all on or all off. (Just a thought.) The host was super responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the unit and would absolutely book it again!
Apartment is perfect. Everything u need. Location is central to everything. And, if ur chilln, it’s in a walkable area, with everything u need access to, to include a great restaurant in the building. The street car runs on Main as well. And, for cigar smokers, there is a excellent shop directly across the street. I had an overall nice, relaxing stay. I will suggest this spot, as well as return myself.

Had a minor issue checking in as the door keypad was not working, but when I contacted the owner, the issue was quickly resolved in a matter of minutes and I got inside the unit almost immediately. The unit was clean and bed was comfortable. TV had all the bells and whistles. Assigned parking at this building was great. Location is solid and the unit is a perfect size for 1-2 people. The only downside was that the walls in this building are very thin (either that or other people in the building were being very loud). That's not really anybody's fault, but it was something I definitely noticed.

Apartment looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean and neat. Great location for tourist attractions. Also came with everything needed to cook if you wanted to! We definitely enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment.

What you see is what you get.. the pictures are true. This airbnb is definitely top tier. I would stay again if I'm ever in memphis again. Parking was a plus especially being down there for Memphis in May. There was an assortment of restaurants in walking distance. Book your stay it's definitely worth it.

Fantastic downtown location that makes nearly everything a short walk. Reserved parking space in a well lit lot was a fantastic perk. Neighbors were friendly and always waved hello. The apartment was more spacious than the pictures depicted. I would be happy to stay here on my next Memphis trip if it’s not booked!!

We loved staying at Tim's place. It was in the perfect part of town (walkable to Beale Street), surrounded by great restaurants, and parking was easy. Tim provided all of the amenities we needed, and having a washer and drying was a huge plus! The wifi was also great for two people working remotely during the day. We would stay here again.
During our stay we encountered a few issues but the response from Tim was immediate. We loved that about him. Great Host!

What an incredible place to stay, I wish I had more time in Memphis. Apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. Area is walking distance to nightlife, but feels private and safe. Can't wait to come back.
Nice large unit, fantastic location but some items need attending to.
Positive: This is my honest opinion of this accomodation. This is a very nice fully equiped one bedroom apartment, all facilities are clean and well appointed and spacious and it is in a fantastic location close to the centre of Memphis with street car public transport right outside the door.
Negative: Well it could be just that we were very unlucky but we had no end of trouble with the small electrical appliances tripping the earth leakage detector, first it was the hair dryer, then the toaster and then the iron. We ended up having to use the hair dryer on a seperate circuit but the iron and the toaster were unuseable because they would trip it every time. Even had the toaster and the iron swapped but still faulty. I asked several times for someone to come and investigate the electrics but no one would come until after we left, not very satisfactory.
Other than that I would suggest that this accomodation is not really suitable for elderly people as I had to drag up and down 2 suitcase, and 4 pieces of hand baggage times five flights of stairs, some sort of baggage lift would help a lot.
Positive: The apartment was very spacious and we found the location to be ideal.. walk to Beale St and National Cival rights .

Positive: Suuuuuuuper clean. Incredibly clean, really. Probably the cleanest short term apartment I ever booked on booking. Amazing. 10 mins walk from Beale St. and the city center. Close to two super delicious restaurants (among the others) and a wonderful breakfast place. The ambiance is industrial chic and soooo nice. The car spot is dedicated, easy to check in and out. Seriously VERY good stay.
Appliances are new and super cool, ice in the fridge, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer.
Negative: I loved everything. I really cannot find a thing.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Memphis. The place was exactly as advertised and was nice and cool during the steamy hot weather we had when we were there. Restaurants and the downtown were easily walkable and we enjoyed many of the suggested places to try Tim left. We would stay here again.

Negative: Only con is there no elevator. The walls are a little thin but the area is quiet. The stay was wonderful there is a deposit hold just incase of damages but other than that a great place .

We loved this property!! In fact, we have recommended it to everyone who asked how our trip went. The location was perfect…close enough to Beale Street you could easily walk to it, but far enough away you weren’t disrupted by any noise; and walking distance to several coffee shops and diners. We had a dedicated parking space in a well lit/safe area. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room for my husband and me. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect stay for my wife and I in Memphis for a couple of days. The communication with Tim was excellent and hospitable.
Very close proximity to the National Civil Rights Museum (highly recommended). We walked to the museum and to Beale Street. Good restaurants all around (including right below apartment). Also highly recommend Bedrock Eats and Sweets for fellow gluten free friends, located just around the corner from apartment!

This condo was perfect for my stay in Memphis. It was nicely furnished with everything you could need, with comfy bed and large bathroom. Conveniently located within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife on Beale Street. Check in was seamless and we has a reserved parking space. Had great communication from management. I would definitely recommend them and stay again when traveling back to Memphis.
This apartment was in the perfect location! 90% of the things we wanted to do or see were within walking distance. With the on-site parking we didn’t have to pay to park and were able to keep our vehicle there while we walked, saving so much money on parking. Not having an elevator wasn’t bad either, just not great while bringing luggage up and down (we had a lot due to having a baby with us). We would 100% stay here again and have recommended it our family and friends if they every visit Memphis!
Great spot on Main st in Memphis. Walking distance to pretty much everything! Also have the option of riding the trolley or scooters. The place was clean, the building had clearly been recently remodeled. Communication from the house was great! For those looking to stay, few things to keep in mind would be there are stairs to get to the specific unit on the third floor. Also be mindful there is one parking spot available for the unit. Overall, I would definitely return and stay!
Overall impressed with the property and its location. A short walk to the river and beale street. If you need somewhere to stay close to downtown, this is the place to be.

Your unit was perfect. The bed was comfortable and there was no outside noise to speak of. We were surprised when suddenly the outside door code was changed on our second afternoon. Luckily we had our phones with us. It would be good to alert future renters in advance that the outside door code might be changed.
We would absolutely stay here again! The property manager had clear communication, was readily available for questions, and communicated clearly for the easy entry and check in/out.
We felt safe here in this well lit area, and the entire building and parking area were inviting and a great base for exploring the city of Memphis.
This place is in the perfect location to walk to city highlights such as the Peabody Hotel to see the Duck March, Corner Bar at the Peabody for music and happy hour, and for a walk along Beale Street.
It is right across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Hotel which is the preserved location of Martin Luther King's death.
The restaurant below SOB (South of Beale) was an amazing bonus for a quieter part of town dinner, just downstairs from our 3rd flour unit. Even though it was the 3rd floor I highly recommend this unit because there is no noise above as it is the top floor, and no noise before from the restaurant.
The stairs were safe and easy to climb, the temperature of the unit was perfect and easy to adjust, water pressure was good, no problems at all.
Great location and very clean. Close walking distance to Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum and Peabody Hotel. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Memphis. The restaurant downstairs was also very good and convenient.

We had never been anywhere near Memphis and just wanted to get a good feel for it. We planned on going to Beale Street and Graceland, but found so much more!

The apartment is within walking distance(2-3 blocks) of everything! The National Civil Rights Museum, Central BBQ, a cute local grocery market, Beale Street, Flying Saucer, The Orpheum, and more! We drove a short 5 minutes to Sun Studios. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short 3 day visit. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know visiting Memphis. We felt safe and secure! It’s also above SOB which has fantastic food. We loved our stay here.

First time in Memphis. Loved the facility and ease of booking, communication, and Gus Chicken around the corner was best chicken I ever ate. It was great having onsite parking. I wish we would have stayed more than one night but will definitely be back in the future to stay with you again. I do recommend that the cleaners check under couch cushions because there were chip crumbs from previous guests. There were also ants on the night stand and in the bed. But over all the place was clean and I highly recommend staying here.

Positive: Property was centrally located, nice & safe walk to Beale Street, downtown, eateries. Property was clean, supplied with kitchen & bathroom necessities to make it feel comfortable at home. Bed was firm & comfortable, too!

I can't say enough good things about this property and our hosts! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Communication was so smooth and any messages I sent were immediately responded to.
Access to the property was easy and hassle free with keyless entry to both the building and our apartment. The dedicated parking space was so convenient. Being walking distance to Beale Street, The Civil Rights Museum and The Mississippi River was awesome and we were never bored! Graceland, Sun Studios and The Stax Museum were a short car ride or Uber away.
The apartment itself was clean and beautifully decorated. Big, beautiful windows let in so much natural light. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fan in the room made our nights even more comfortable. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and make coffee in the mornings. We loved the open, studio feel that the property had. Although we didn't use them, the washer and dryer were an added convenience that I really appreciated. We were able to stream our own TV services from our phone onto the large smart tv in the evenings and relax on the big sofa. The bathroom had a large tub and shower and even had shampoo and conditioner should you forget your own.
We can't wait to visit Memphis again with our family! We will definitely be staying again and have already recommended this property to friends planning on visiting the area.
