This spot was in a very nice area of town. Communication was good, too. However, during our stay, we found a few problems with the appliances and a lack of some kitchen-ware. For the price we paid, we figured these things weren’t to be in our expectations. Hopefully the next guest finds nothing wrong.
We had a nice experience staying at Tim's place. The surrounding neighborhood is great. If you want to get to know Memphis, this is a perfect spot.

Located perfectly within the cooper young area. Near a lot of bars and restaurants so easy to grab a bite and Management was very quick and response if you experience any issues and resolve them right away. Great stay.

The place was really great. I didn’t go out so we cooked in the kitchen the entire time. This place has everything you need to cook a full course meal. We were also able to wash our towels in the apartment which was a huge plus. Parking was not an issue at all. I would definitely stay here again.
As soon as you walk into the house, it smells clean. House has a nice clean, simple design. The amenities are nice with towels, shower items, kitchen items, streaming services, and more available. Communication was very quick, and they allowed us to check-in an hour early free of charge! The location is perfect, and it is a 10 minute drive to get almost anywhere around town.

Nice and safe apt. For the light sleepers, can hear nearby airplanes and trains. I adjusted after one night so it wasn’t too loud. I would definitely book again.
Great spot for a stay in Memphis! It was right in the heart of everything we wanted to visit, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The kitchen was populated with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The entire space was clean, and it was great to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer available! The shower had plenty of hot water, but the water pressure lacked a bit. We could hear the neighbor next door a few times (the neighbor's washer/dryer was pretty loud), but overall it was a great place to stay!
This was such a cute older home renovated into a duplex. It was so cozy and clean, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Just a short drive to a lot of great restaurants and nightspots.

Great location felt very safe even parking on the street neighborhood as friendly. The bed was comfortable slept great with a box fan( trains planes and automobiles). I loved all the restaurants around especially the Toco truck. Thank you for hosting me will definitely stay here again.
This is the place to stay if you are visiting Memphis. It is close enough to Beale Street and important museums to get there easily. We chose to drive ($10 for parking) over using Uber or Lyft, but either way is good. The porch is a major plus. It's very pleasant to sit out front in the evening after finishing whatever activities you have in mind for the day. The bed appears to be new and in good shape. It's a bit firmer than the one we have at home, but that's always a matter of personal taste. Unless you really prefer a very soft mattress, you won't have any problem with the bed. One particular plus about this place is how the kitchen is stocked with cooking basics. It's always a matter of judgment how many pots and pans, silverware, cups, glasses, etc. constitutes a well stocked kitchen. We went to three airbnb's during this trip, and although all three provided cooking ware, this airbnb was the most well stocked with a good selection of sharp knives, Ikea Danish style silverware, wineglasses, other glasses, coffee cups, bowls, pans, pots, etc. There was sufficient coffee for our four night stay. The washer/dryer works well, and my wife asked me to note the brand (Roper) as our machines at home are due for replacement, and she thought these were of a very high quality. Internet service was flawless, another feature that was problem free here and not so in all the other places we stayed. Communication was excellent, practically instantaneous at all times. Check-in is simple. There's a great taco truck nearby, and, we ask Tim for recommendations about where to go for music and went to two of the three he gave us and we really enjoyed both.
The house was great! The location was a perfect distance from all the places we decided to go. Some things to note would be it is a duplex so at night you can hear the neighbor from the bedroom, the bathroom door is not a full door it is a draw door with latch, when cooking it makes the house kind of hot, and the mattress is firmer than my preference (but that’s a personal preference). Overall, the stay was great the things stated above were just slight things I saw. The owner was very responsive. I suggest this property!

Great location, walking distance to Railgarten, Memphis Made Brewing, Otherlands Coffee, etc. Quiet neighborhood with parking right in front of the house. Clean and had everything we needed incuding AC. A good place for couples and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Well equipped and comfortable. Short walk to some lovely restaurants, coffee shop and a small convenience store. Short drive to Overton Park which had many more restaurants and a large supermarket. Tim and his associates were very friendly and responsive if there were any questions

We had a great stay at Tim’s place. I previously lived in Memphis and it was a great location, very walkable but also on a quiet street at night. Tim provided clear and easy instructions, left us a list of info and things to do, and was very responsive when needed. A recommended spot!

I had a great stay here! The apartment has a keycode to get in which makes coming and going super easy. It was well furnished and well decorated, and had a great kitchen setup (pots, pans, oil, knives, some spices) for cooking. The one drawback was that all of the blinds were inexplicably sticky and the floors hadn't been swept well.
It was the perfect place to stay. It is so close to Cooper/Young area. The home was perfect and they have a great kitchen. I do have to say the bed mattress was out of this world. I would definitely stay they again. The are extremely response host.

What a sweet little hideaway! The apartment was super clean and furnished nicely. Close to everything. Tim was very responsive to all of my questions and last minute checkin. I literally booked it and checked in in less than an hour. I highly reccomend!

Tim is a great host However, I checked in very late the unit wasn’t clean.. I sent pictures to Tim he agreed and offered to send cleaners the following morning I agreed. The cleaners did not clean the entire apartment which was needed. Took videos and pictures for proof and I left. What I learn from this is if you check in to airbnb and the unit is clearly not clean, it’s best if you leave the same day and contact airbnb.
Excellent location…walking distance to shops and restaurants in Cooper Young Neighborhood. Easy checkin. Comfortable bed. You will hear your neighbor next door. Floors could have been cleaner. The amenities listed shampoo but there was none. Contacted host and he said it would be dropped off. Never was. Minor issues. Would stay again.

This was our second stay at Tim's place, and it was just as enjoyable as it was the first. The house is so adorable and inviting. When we entered, we once again felt right at home. The area is family friendly. There are neighbors walking their dogs and kids riding their bikes. That made our stay feel like we were at home and not having a temporary stay. We enjoyed our time there and will be back.

We always enjoy staying at Tim’s properties when we are visiting Memphis. We had a last minute booking and we were happy that Tim was able to accommodate us with an early check-in. The property was exactly as described and clean upon arrival. Loved the location and how it was conveniently close to everything.

Not as advertised. The property was in a dangerous looking neighborhood to me and the house itself did not look safe from the outside. I did not stay at this property and lost my entire payment. Before anyone stays at this property they should demand to see pictures of the house itself in the immediate neighborhood. The pictures of the so-called outside or not anywhere to be seen from this property. I was completely misled and after numerous calls to VRBO and the property manager I was not refunded any money. Therefore I will never work with VRBO again. I’m very dissatisfied.

This was a great escape from the daily grind. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to an excellent BBQ place. We would try and get this one if we're going to Memphis in the future.
I needed a shortish term rental and didn’t want to be stuck in a hotel. The space was perfect for me and would probably work well for a couple. There was a nice sitting area to relax after work. I didn’t cook much but the kitchen can accommodate medium size meal prep. The full size washer and dryer were very handy. Nice, comfortable bed.
I had such a wonderful stay at this duplex. It had all the things I needed for my 3 day stay. There were plenty of dishes and pots for me to cook. It was extremely quiet and relaxing. It snowed when I was there, but the heat works wonderfully, so I had no issues with being cold. The bathroom as really clean and the water pressure and temperature were great.
My only complaint is the mattress, it’s extremely firm, so I ended up sleeping on the couch, which was the perfect size for me.
Other guests checked into the other side of the duplex on my last night, and I could hear them through the walls.
Over all the place was great. Highly recommend

Good place but be careful with bringing pets.
Positive: Owner of the Airbnb is trying to charge $320 for replacing rugs that had pee on them. Cost of the stay was $260!! Doesn’t seem reasonable for the price I paid for a pet friendly place for my girlfriend’s dog. That put a bad impression for me bundled with the issues we initially had getting into the space. The place itself is large and in a great location in the city to get to most things within 10 minutes.
In my opinion the property is not located in a great area. Just my opinion.
