We had a great time at Tim’s. We selected his place last minute and was very accommodating in getting us in at short notice. It is located centrally to everywhere we wanted to visit in OKC. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was exactly what we needed for our stay.

Great stay while relocating! I’ve got a dually truck and still had plenty of room to park. Neighbors are kind and welcoming in passing. Within walking distance of Capitol Park, perfect place to watch the sunrise reflect off the Capitol and enjoy a cigar. Neighborhood feels safe and has many historic homes to gaze upon on an evening or morning walk. Short driving distance to many of the main roads in OKC and minutes away from the Plaza, Mesta Park, and seconds away from Lincoln Terrace. Great location and great experience, 10/10 would stay again!! Tim is one of the best hosts that I’ve had the pleasure of working with as any inconveniences were addressed many days before expected. It felt like home away from home!
We were guests for a weekend in the upstairs apartment (#9) of the Carriage Cottage in OKC. It was a cheerful, comfortable space. I enjoyed reading several times in the window seat. We walked the quiet neighborhood admiring the old houses. Tim and his team were super friendly and always quick to reply.
Tim was an excellent host! The stay was just as described. Perfect for our visit to OKC and close to everything!

Nice cozy abode in the beautiful Lincoln Terraces area. I really enjoyed afternoon walks around the neighborhood looking at the amazing styles and architecture of the older houses. The apartment was a little smaller than I expected but it worked well for my 10 day stay. WiFi worked well allowing me to stream and work all day without issue. Bed, linens, pillows and towels high quality. Bare minimum essentials included, but could have included paper towels and napkins.

I like a good bed with extra pillows, good water pressure and powerful AC, and Tim’s place had all of it. Parking was easy and secure, enjoyed Netflix too.
A five minute walk or 1 minute drive to the ou medical complex, children’s, trauma. A couple good local shops and eateries around the corner 3 minute walk to Culbertson. Bbq pizza and a daiquiri bar for starters. Barber, nails, beauty shop, boutiques. It’s a cool strip. It’s secured and on an old streetcar boulevard so the traffic doesn’t go through often and the street is quiet sans the medivac helicopters flying to and from OU. I got used to it quick and the unit has a fan for white noise. Large kitchen for its size and layout. Way bigger than a historic bungalow kitchen like most of the houses in this neighborhood. Comfy bed. I recommend it to anyone who needs to be striking distance to OU medical and folks looking to stay somewhere quiet that’s 5 minutes from downtown, bricktown, and 2 minutes to the capital. It also felt safe for my vehicle and self to have the big coded gate and iron fence around the entire property.
Pros: Good communication and instructions from host, easy walk to OU Health, dedicated off street parking, AC kept up reasonably well with temps over 100 degrees each day, cute balcony, super comfortable bed, access to laundry including detergent, property manager addressing wifi issue was friendly. Quiet.
Cons: Dirty towels, floors and secondary surfaces. Various small maintenance issues (multiple blown bulbs, broken kitchen chair, dishwasher missing stopper on rails). Would be a cute place if the issue with cleanliness was addressed.
Great host and good area. Love the private parking and how quite it is. Place had black out curtains and fans which made it much easier to sleep than other places I’ve stayed. Would definitely stay again.
Had a few hiccups with the Airbnb but overall good stay.
Tim's place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was conveniently located just north of downtown OKC. Tim and his assistant were very communicative and responsive to anything that came up. I would recommend this venue and would stay here again.
I chose this place since it was a short walk from where my sister lives. Overall my time there was very smooth and I was able to work from the location with ease - effective air conditioner and wi-fi. I also really appreciated the key code entry for the unit and the pedestrian gate, which I found very helpful. Tim and his team were super responsive to any question I had before and during my stay.

This place was beautiful as a young woman I was nervous to stay somewhere by myself, this place made me feel so safe. It was perfect for late nights coming home from the hospital. Very quiet, peaceful, clean. I loves this place. I do recommend to bring an extension cord for phone chargers.
Tim was a great host. He was very prompt with his responses to any question I had. The space was very homey and comfortable. The natural light coming in made my serotonin skyrocket! I would recommend this quaint charming apartment to any individuals visiting Oklahoma City!

The neighborhood and property was quiet, secured by a gate, and it all felt private.
We would’ve liked to have a working tv for movie nights and our rainy day, but it wasn’t working during our stay.
The location was close to everything we wanted to visit, and the book of recommendations was a helpful starting place!
The Place was extremely smaller than expected. especially the bathroom. The pictures make it look bigger. but it was clean
Quiet, secure and safe place close to med ctr. Bath is extremely small, barely room to turn in the shower. Dining table and chair is tiny and a bit rickety. Low clearance means all cooking and kitchen items are down low. Not optimal if you’re over 6’3”. Bed comfy but couch and chairs much less so. Not the place to crash. Laundry down below is convenient and it’s nice to have detergent available.
We had a medical emergency and I was able to quickly book this quaint location for a home base. Communication was fast!
Nice little spot that is close to medical centres. Not real up to date, but clean. Parking spot was taken and parking is very limited. This caused some difficulty. But parking was gated, which we liked. Also, just be warned that the bathroom is VERY tight. A larger person might have trouble entering and exiting in this tiny space. Deco is fun also.
We were missing some essentials for this rental. We found it pretty terrible that not a single window could be opened.

This place was as advertised in the Historic Lincoln Terrace neighborhood blocks from the Medical campus and a short walk to the Capitol area.
It was clean and comfortable. The main thing to know about the space is the bathroom was somewhat tight. You also need to climb some stairs to get into the apartment. Tim was very responsive to our questions.
Oklahoma City is easy to get around.
We were able to walk to the Oklahoma Memorial Museum which was about 30 minutes.
Recommend Barrio for lunch or dinner and Harvey's Bakery and Kitchen or HunnyBunny Biscuit Co for breakfast. All are walkable or just minutes by car. There is also a little strip mall a few blocks north of the property with a pizza spot, daiquiri bar and independent book store.

Great place and host! No issues at all
Upon arrival at the location, I found someone parked in the designated spot, which was disappointing because I chose this place specifically for the gated parking. I was told to move my truck outside the gate until the parking issue was resolved. Inside the apartment, I discovered hair and used toilet paper in the toilet, dusty lamps, and an overall lack of cleanliness - it seemed like the place hadn't been properly cleaned. Additionally, I found dead bugs or something similar inside the light fixtures, and the knives in the holder were covered in caked-on food. While Tim was easy to communicate with, I don't plan on returning to this place.
Airbnb is now my last resort after staying at Tim's place. Before I checked in, he began messaging me, directly to my text messages, that someone had left meat in the freezer. When I replied that I wouldn't check in for about an hour, he said someone would come in the next day to get it. So privacy isn't respected here.
When I checked in, someone was in my designated spot, and instead of letting me stay parked in a slot that no one ever used, he insisted I wait until the car left my spot. I waited for an hour, and he refused to let me cancel my reservation.
Beyond all of the inconsideration, the smell of mold in the kitchen made me gag. The place was musty with stains on the furniture.
This place ruined me on Airbnb after years of wonderful experiences. The fact that support kept me waiting well over an hour to find out if I could move made it worse. Hotels are my go-to now!

Tim's place was a great little place. perfect for 1 or 2. It was super quiet. The bathroom was a little tight so for taller people this particular apartment would probably be tight but it was perfect for me. I would definitely stay again.

Extremely tiny bathroom, no smoke detector, several extension cords in use, light switch for kitchen was hard to find and far away in living room. Weather was bad late Tuesday/ early Wednesday and when we checked in Thursday the stairs were covered in ice. It was quite dangerous and obviously no effort had been made to make the stairs safe. Messaged host, responded that he couldn’t do anything due to the on going icy storm, which I found unacceptable because there had not been any precipitation since early Wednesday. Stairs were ice covered until Friday evening. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
the place was super easy to find with the direction given, it's like 1 mile from the capital (if that) and 10 min drive from downtown, there's also several churches within walking distance. other than the bathroom being mentally frustrating, this is a great spot to come home to after being out and about.
The cottage we stayed in was an absolute dream! Super cute, clean and inviting. Was close to town, but not close enough that we felt we were in the middle of the city chaos. Tim and his team gave us helpful recommendations for our visit. Would definitely use Tim and his teams’ services again if we get the chance!

The place was perfect for our spur of the minute trip to see our niece before she deploys. The place was clean and the area was quiet. The response time was super fast when we inquired abut the property.
safe area. gated building. clean interior. only thing is stairs are steep, not ideal for people having difficulty walking up or downstairs. very quiet area, i walked to work everyday.
Great place to stay overall. Bathroom is a little small but we made it work. Tim is very helpful and super responsive during our stay. Lots of noise from critters in the attic during the night, my sister didn’t slept well due to it. Bed was SUPER comfy. Had a cool little nook area you could sit in and read/look outside. We weren’t able to get a 30 minute grace period upon check out (we were running late from the memorial marathon) so we had to rush to pack and not shower 🥺 so that sucked really bad. Overall, not a bad stay for the price!

Was visiting my spouse for Memorial Day weekend. This place was so awesome. Super cozy and close to everything. Absolutely loved my stay. Will be coming back if I am able to get out to OKC again before my spouses station changes!
It was a super convenient location for my needs in Oklahoma City. It was 10 minutes from everywhere I needed to be. I was only one person and the space was perfect. The bathroom was tiny, but I am not a large person so it worked out well. The only other thing that would’ve been helpful would have been a desk. I had a lot of work to do when I was at the space and having a desk to sit at would’ve been helpful. But I would highly recommend this place.
Great apartment or overhead cottage. Big kitchen and living area. Big bedroom but only problem I had is the bathroom is a bit small. Shower is small and could use a new adjustable shower head but it worked fine. I’m just nitpicking I gues. I’d stay again as it is close to Bricktown. Love how it’s gated. Very clean.
Host was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in OKC. Clean and everything as listed. Parking was secure. Location is close to the hospital so you’ll probably hear sirens and helicopters overnight but I’m a deep sleeper.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and close to attractions and places we wanted to go. We aren’t large people but if you are a little larger the bathroom is extremely small. If you want to watch TV you will need to provide your passwords to Netflix or whatever you wanted to watch. We didn’t like that because we would have likes to just go in and have the tv available and even have regular cable or local channels. But over all the rating is a 4 for everything else. We liked that it was gated because we felt safer coming in and out as well. Owner answered questions fast and was very nice. I would stay there again!

Location was great to hospital. The bathroom is small but clean. The bed was comfy and clean. The couch was older and is ready to be replaced. That was really the only disappointing thing to me. I had questions with booking and they responded quickly. Parking was easy. Over all happy with place for price.

It was a very nice place to stay. Nice kitchen with equipments for making your own food. Bed is very nice. Bathroom is bit small but I am absolutely happy with that. Would be nice to have few more plates or cups to avoid frequent dishwasher operation.

Had everthing I needed. Traveling alone I felt comfortable in the area. Communication waa great and apartment was clean. Bathroom was small but adequate for my needs. Bed was comfortable. Great little place to stay in! Tim was a very responsive host and was great to communicate with. Cottage is located near the OU Health Sciences center but was in a very quiet neighborhood and the parking is secure and felt safe. Easy to get into the home and no issues while there. Does require you to use a set of metal stairs to access the unit but that it is in the description. Bed was comfortable and had lots of extra blankets! Would definitely stay here again.
The environment is excellent, and the rooms are very clean.
Tim was extremely responsive and made our stay enjoyable. The area is close to everything. We didn’t really drive too far out to get to anywhere. Overall, would say the space is perfect for a couple and loved the amenities of the place. Would love to be back if we do go up again!

Great location. I love the style of housing in this area. Very easy to find, gated entry into the property. Easy access to the loft. Tim is a very responsive host. The place is quiet and comfortable. Slept really good in the bed. The lights for the kitchen area were difficult to find, but we found them. Easy access off the property on foot through a walking gate. I walked my dog around the neighborhood admiring the houses. There are some good restaurants within a few miles of the location. Definitely worth the money and

Easy check in and check out. They might make sure to stock the place with toilet paper but other than that, I understand sometimes things get overlooked. love the place. It’s safe and close to everything.
I booked Tim’s place the day before arrival and upon checking over the space, it appeared they were underprepared for guests. The place was dusty and dirty in the kitchen and nook. The stove hadn’t been cleaned. The couch also had several good rips in it, so the pictures are out dated. The chair in the bedroom had a stain on it and there appeared to be something gross on the windowsill behind the headboard. The bed was fine, very hard and the blackout curtains didn’t do much to keep the streetlight out. I notified Tim and he offered to send someone to clean but I didn’t think a 30 minute clean would have done much to improve the space. We primarily used the space for sleeping and didn’t utilize anything else. The night before our departure at 10:30pm, we were informed that we were responsible for providing our own toilet paper after the single roll provided ran out. I told Tim that information would have been good to know prior to arrival. I hope the next guest has a better experience.
