This is a charming, atmospheric property with super comfortable beds, a great walk-in shower, lots of clean, fluffy towels and a lovely kitchen. Tim and his team were great at keeping in touch with me when alternative arrangements had to be made when the unit was double booked accidentally. They put me up right away and I felt really cared for and safe. I would definitely stay here again!
Lovely and big! Comfortable with all the amenities. There is some noise from the street but it does quiet down and a good night sleep will be had!
I stayed here for 11 nights and it was a fabulous home away from home. This is on a really cool street with lots of awesome homes. It is a few short minutes drive to all the best in mid town, down town, and Overton square. The pillows are the plushest and nicest pillows I have ever used the bed is super comfy and the house is quaint and well appointed. You will feel clean, comfy, and quite at home here. It is exactly as described in the listing. I have rented through air bnb from Tim and company before, as usual communication was great and friendly,
This was a great place and near everything we had planned to do. The space was clean and just as described. My morning walks by the old houses down the street was very relaxing.

The WiFi was a big issue for me. Being that there was no service in the house I really needed WiFi in general.
The WiFi was very choppy and it prevented me from watching Roku and attending my classes during my stay.

Positive: The furniture was nice. The bathroom facilities were clean.
Negative: I was very unsatisfied with the property and I only ended up staying there one night even though I paid for 3 nights due to feeling completely unsafe. The door leading to the outside was unable to be locked and the doors from my room to outdoors was secured closed with a screwdriver. The “included” washer and dryer was on an outside, trashy back porch completely opened to the enclosed backyard which was not described in the posting. My room door looked as if it had been broken into before. The door frame was bent all around it. I understand that this is a refurbished property but it is not safe for a single traveling nurse to stay in.

This place was very good. The apartment was very clean, though it only has overhead lighting except for one small lamp in the living room. It was very comfortable.
So glad we found this gorgeous period home, it was v.clean and fresh smelling. Absolutely loved the decor, ample natural light and wooden floors, looked exactly like the photos. The host left some really nice personal touches in the apartment like a white noise machine, earplugs and make-up wipes in the bathroom. The place is fairly close to many amenities and tourist attractions, we recommend travelling via car if possible.
Tim (our host) was also v.friendly in any interactions we had.

We needed to stay in Memphis for medical care at Le Bonheur and Methodist University, and this location was ideal for that. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s a very populated, diverse area, and we always felt safe (though I wasn’t quite comfortable to walk back and forth to the hospital, it’s certainly close enough to walk). There was always a strong smell of marijuana in the common hallway of the building, but not in the apartment itself. Didn’t bother us, but sensitive people might not like it.
My husband and I really liked this place, definitely worth the money! Everything was clean and check-in was super easy! The only thing I’ll note for people coming here, it’s in a slightly worse area than we thought and the neighbors are noisy and do feel of weed. But the actual space didn’t smell of it, definitely a great stay and the host was quick to respond, and super friendly!

What an amazing and beautiful thoughtfully laid out space that Tim put together. The hidden abode was beautiful and the appliances were convenient, comfortable, and clean and looked just like pictures.
The bedroom is so spacious and the shower area was very clean with and living room was very homey and spacious. Check in was easy and smooth with attentive and informational instructions. Tim continually communicated throughout my stay to make sure I didn’t have any problems or if I needed Assistance with something dealing with his abode. I have no complaints at all. Overall it is a beautiful place and has an amazing host. I would recommend this place to ANYONE! 10/10!
Stayed at Tim's place for an entire month while I was completing one of my medical school away rotations. It was my first time in Memphis and I am glad I stayed at Tim's place. The house was just as described on the listing. He allowed flexible move-in time and provided some essentials upon my arrival (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc.). The place was very clean. Other reviews mentioned concerns about noise levels in the surrounding appartments, I did not experience any trouble with sleeping or excessive noise. The location was great, 10-15 minute drive to any of the major sites to see in the city. I felt very safe at this location which was top priority. Safe enough to walk to children's hospital and to run in the morning. Surrounding area had really pretty houses. I will definitely stay at Tim's place again in the future! Highly recommend for extended stays!
It was a nice stay. Easy check in. Very good host. The only thing that I wasn’t a huge fan of is there is only one window unit in the apartment for a/c so it gets a little warm at night for my preference. Other than that have absolutely no complaints.

Great location to visit some friends in Memphis. Location was convenient to many things we did around the city. Appreciated how well the hot water worked, and the mattress was comfortable.

Perfect little rental for a quiet getaway
Positive: The unit was absolutely beautiful it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Did Decor was very calming and neutral. The shower was huge with plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer on premises; dishwasher tablets, soap pods, paper towels, toilet paper bathroom spray, towels or all provided.
The location was ideal it was close to Graceland and Beale Street as well as the FedEx forum..
When looking on the map it looked like it was farther out of town than it was. Very convenient, definitely a safe neighborhood.
Peggy's Heavenly homemade restaurant around the corner and Louie's Bar both are very welcoming with very good food and incredible Southern hospitality. We had a imall maintenance issue that was taken care of very quickly. The maintenance man and management were very helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. The building was very quiet, we did meet some of the neighbors who are very pleasant to interact with.
Negative: There is nothing we disliked about this rental at all. It was perfect!

Spacious and full of character, it's a nice space. The location was easily drivable to everywhere I planned to go.
The heat took constant usage to keep it a comfortable temperature during colder than average January temps. If you are traveling during times of average temps, you should be just fine.

This place was lovely. Nice comfortable bed. Clean with plenty of room. Unfortunately we had to leave after the first night because the place was just too cold. It was below freezing outside and the rooms had high ceilings and there were no doors on the hallway and the kitchen which meant any heating had to heat the whole house. The owners were brilliant, very communicative and prompt. They dropped off an extra heater within an hour but unfortunately that still didn’t help. They allowed us to cancel the next two nights and gave us a refund without any fuss. If it hadn’t of been for the extremely cold weather conditions this unit would have been ideal as the bed was really comfortable. I thank them for their understanding and would recommend to anyone as long as it’s not below 22 deg Fahrenheit!

Great place and location for us. I wanted to give 5 stars but there was a FLY problem. The flies met us at the door and were all through the house.A fly swatter was provided however there were so many it didn’t help and was annoying. I would like to stay again but I think the fly problem will keep me from booking again. If you go take quick strike with you. It works well for flies in my backyard.
Despite initially having trouble with the lock, this was an overall lovely stay. Tim and his team were very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, the atmosphere of the apartment was very nice.
I had a great stay in Memphis! The apartment is super spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and having the possibility to park right in front of the property is extremely convenient. The shower is huge and very comfortable, which was a real plus. Everything was clean and well kept. Tim, the host, was always attentive and available for any need, making the whole experience smooth and easy. Overall, an excellent choice that I would gladly recommend.
The place was great, I traveled to Memphis last minute for the weekend and Tim commuication and responding time was GREAT. Only thing was the neighbors upstairs was very very active movement and a barking dog but his place as exactly as he describe and it was a very nice stay in midtown.

If you are thinking to stay here, you must be aware that the place is not as glamorous as described and there is a very inconvenient neighbor upstairs who has a great dane. These people are inconsiderate, disrespectful and noisy. I couldn’t have a good night sleep except for the last one because it was raining and they couldn’t take the dog out, bur every other night some times at 11pm sometimes at 2:30 am or at 5am it didn’t matter they walk stomping their feet and the dog running up and down or coming down the stairs in a wooden floor. It was a constant nightmare. You will thank me for this heads up. By the way if Airbnb doesn’t believe me I have recordings. If you decide to stay here you might regret it.
