Very nicely decorated. Bed was firm but still comfortable. Very centrally located close to everything.
It’s a cute small place to stay and it’s close to just about anything you’d want to go to, from food to shopping. The neighbors are fairly quiet during the day and silent at night. The road it’s off of is busy, but there isn’t too much noise to where it’s bothersome. There was excellent communication and help whenever we had questions. I’d definitely recommend this place to stay!

Cute little place!! Was walkable to several locations which was convenient! Has a washer/dryer that worked wonderfully. Quiet hours start at 10PM so it was nice to hear quiet when in a city. Parking was in the street so it was first come first serve but we found parking every time we needed too. Back patio was private and peaceful but there is a staircase that leads to a balcony above the patio so not sure how it would be if someone was out there at the same time. Had plates, silverware, cooking ware, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a portable burner for cooking if needed. The only thing that I didn’t like was the front door had a window above it that could be peered into by a taller person but also that I could see the neighbor in their house across the street while they had their lights on which meant they could also see into the studio apt if we had our lights on at night as well so I did not feel comfortable walking around the apt un-decent. Curtains could be a good touch for privacy purposes but other than that it was a great stay and a great location!!!!
My husband and I loved staying here. Perfect place for 1 or 2 guests to stay and centrally located to everything. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again.

Great spot in Midtown memphis! Walking distance from Overton square And a very short drive from downtown Memphis and Graceland. The space was extremely clean and super functional. We love the decor as well! Perfect for our short trip in town.

Cute, quite place. Located in a great area . My only issue was the parking. The driveway is super narrow and I’d shared with multiple other cars so there is only one spot for air bnb guest. Other than that the communication and accommodations made by the team were wonderful . Would definitely book again.

Well it rained in the kitchen. No stove to cook on. Stolen gas station soap and toilet paper. Horrible experience by far! Will not be going back. Too many things to wrong to name. Hotel might have been a better choice.

This is a great location right in midtown, super walkable to most things, and a short uber ride to anything else. If you are coming for Indie Memphis Film Festival it was especially close to most of the venues for the event. Loved the area, so many great little shops to explore too. Tim was very communicative and prompt in his replies. He got back to me within seconds and helped with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this AirBNB especially for someone exploring Memphis for the first time.
The booking and check in were great. Great communication. Great location. We felt safe and were really happy we were so close to great restaurants and shops. Cute little spot and get away for me and my husband. We really enjoyed our stay.
The check in process was really easy and smooth and the host (not Tim but whoever manages the property) communicated well with us. We were able to easily find free street parking outside the home (just pay attention to the signs). As far as the location goes it seemed close enough to things to do, right by the zoo and a yummy burger place. We didn’t do much in the area because we were in town for a wedding but it seemed like a good place to be otherwise. They had a washer/dryer combo and provided tide pods which is a really nice touch I think. There was a coffee maker and a hot plate but it didn’t really work. The TV included Netflix as well. All in all it was a fine place to stay but I am giving it three stars because the bathroom wasn’t clean- I won’t go into the gross details about it but I’m just mentioning it so people don’t expect a sparkling clean place. If I’m paying a cleaning fee- I expect a sparkling clean place.
This is a great little bungalow in mid-town nestled between Overton Park and Overton Square. Mid-town has such a charming, old, settled feel! Really comfy bed with nice linens and great towels. Be aware that parking in the driveway is extremely tight, especially if there is more than one car. Parking on the street would be advised.

Tim's place was easy to find and he was very response. I think it's run by an external management company and not Tim himself.
The unit is about 15 mins from the airport/bus terminal. The place was as advertised however a few things could have been done better. We had trouble using the washer dryer - no manual was available. We had to fix some issues. We had to wait quite a few hours to use the shower. We paid an extra 30USD to check in a couple of hours earlier to shower and hence it wasn't worth the extra 30usd. Again here instructions would be helpful.
It was very cold the few nights we were there, and the heater took a long time to warm up the place. No central heating and heating in the bathroom.
The house is in a residential area and it's very quiet. You'd need to take an Uber downtown. it'll cost you about $10-14 USD.
The bed was comfortable. Extra towels were provided. Small personal touches would definitely make this place a better stay.
Overall a decent place. It was extremely cold when we arrived and it took some time for the place to heat up, but it remained relatively warm afterwards. Some appliances are in need of replacing, like the small griddle which is the only way to cook a meal in the apartment.
Overall, easy to find and park. It was clean and simple, nothing fantastic. We had a weird run in with other renters in the driveway but we only saw them the one time and its not Tim’s fault.
Tim's lovely space was clean and comfortable, and in a great spot in walking distance to Midtown. He shared clear and timely instructions on getting checked in and settled, and was flexible with adding extra nights when my plans changed. Highly recommended!

Pros: super comfy bed, washer/dryer combo, quick walk to Memphis Brooks Museum (among other places worth visiting), super warm heater and quiet. Comfy and cozy. Super responsive host with clear instructions.
Cons: the bathroom def needs some TLC. It’s the only unattractive part of the apartment. Also, there is a bright light on outside at night that was bothersome (not controllable through the unit).
The studio was wonderful! We really enjoyed the space and especially the private patio. We also liked that it was easy walking distance to Overton Park as well as Midtown shops and restaurants. Tim was fantastic. Always quick to respond, offered great recommendations on places to eat and things to do, and very friendly. We'll definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Tim’s was overall a good experience! It’s a great location close to a lot of things to do. everything we wanted to do was within 15 minutes or usually closer. I was woken up a few times in the middle of the night by loud people outside in the driveway. I assume other renters. Nothing Tim could control but the walls are very thin. And there is a bright flood light that shines in the room all night long, definitely would recommend a blackout curtain.
I booked the place for a writing retreat getaway. It was perfect for that! A cute kitchen and table to get stuff done during the day, and plenty of things to do nearby in the evenings or on breaks. Tim was helpful and quick to respond. A definite recommend!

Location perfect. No issue with noises. Tim was great, very accommodating and sent a guide for suggestions in the area. Parking is a little misleading. Description of parking states parking right outside unit and that was one of the reasons we rented. However, for this unit parking is on the street in the front of the house. We were able to work it out with other tenants on our own and were very understanding . I would suggest no parking in alley, so that the renters in the back two units could have easier access to their entrances.

With a private entrance the residence felt like an updated cabin with a rustic patio. It was quiet with all of the amenities I wanted. I would not hesitate in returning to unit 2, 51 North Tucker Street.

The location of this property is ideal for any plans you have in Memphis. It's in a quaint little neighborhood just off the bustle of Overton Square and other midtown locations. It is suitable for two occupants, with a kitchenette, very comfortable bed, roomy closet, and cute furnishings. The host was very friendly and responsive too. I would choose this location again.

The only negative is the pictures make the place look a bit more modern/newer than it actually is. But worked great for our needs.
Positive: Location was close to my venue location
Negative: The room smell like dogs. Was unable to breathe fresh air. You can tell a pet was there. Everything needs to be changed over to get rid of the dog smell. The place was clean but the smell took away from the cleanliness.

If you want to go on vacation and be cleaning up book this Airbnb. Walk in and the house smell like pee. The comforter set sleep like a grown man been sleeping on it all day for 7 days. The smell of pee was so strong I had to out my pocket to clean the Airbnb. I contacted the Airbnb owner and he said will send someone and they didn’t do anything but made the bed. The owner going to say thank you for taking initiative trying to be sarcastic. Me and lady at same Airbnb talk she said her place smell the same way. You had to download Roku remote on your phone to use the tv.

This was an AMAZING place to stay! Would highly recommend and will reuse when in the area again!! It is within walking distance to so many great locations! I stayed in town for a concert during this trip and was a short walk from the venue which was great! The zoo is also within walking distance if you’re up for a short 20 min walk that is quite pleasant and peaceful. Walk the other way and there are plenty of shops to explore! Host is VERY EXCELLENT and timely with responses to any questions or concerns.
