My husband & I booked this place because of the price, reviews and close location to Camp Pendleton & the beaches. We flew into town to see our Marine graduate from his MOS training. We were extremely impressed! Alan was exceptionally helpful & he responded to any questions I had INSTANTLY. They made sure to check on us, but they were not overbearing. It was perfect. The place way very clean (I'm OCD clean) & the coffee was the best! I enjoyed the French press making the coffee very smooth. The beds were very comfortable & it was nice to have the ductless air in each room. My son had the weekend off so the 2 bedrooms were perfect & better than any hotel stay. I cannot say enough good things about Alan, Pam and this Airbnb. Oh! & if you have time, there is a pizza place in walking distance that is really good. Once again, thank you for welcoming us at your Airbnb! I would love to stay again if it's available on our next trip down ❤️

Great place to stay for a few night, secure and safe area

Tim’s place was very clean and tastefully decorated. I appreciate the overhead fans, the little white noise gadgets, and the Cleanliness.

This Airbnb was perfect for getting around Vista with walkable ease. It is also only 45 minutes from the San Diego zoo in 15 minutes from the San Diego airport. The Safari Park is only a 15 minute drive. The local restaurants and bars are so nice and a collection of unique experiences. All were within walking distance. Frazier’s market was a perfect grocery store within a three minute drive for any necessities.

Great location in midtown close to everything. Very clean inside and the parking space was a huge bonus. We will be back!

Great place to stay for a few days of exploring.

This was the perfect situation for a work while traveling stay in Sacramento. I used the desk in one of the bedrooms and my partner worked from the kitchen. Plenty of room for each of us to have dual screens and take calls. The location was excellent for walkability and the host was very friendly and responsive!

It was a seamless check in and out process. The place was just as pictured.

Quiet location and we felt safe during the stay. Free gated parking was a plus. The rooms were nicely appointed and the furnishings were modern. The beds/mattresses were super comfortable. The host was responsive and friendly. The only thing we didn’t quite expect but was totally our oversight was that the place didn’t have a full kitchen. It does provide a medium-sized fridge, coffeemaker and a microwave. Overall a great place to stay between LA and San Diego.

Good location. We walked to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We also walked to the Capitol building. Nice residential area. Seems to be a fair location for the price. The included parking was convenient. This was a good stay for 2 people over the weekend. Comfortable bed. Host was very responsive

This listing was nice & as described. While there were some issues with the homeless, especially the ones living in the alley behind the house, & police activity during the night, these are things you will probably encounter at most places in the city at this price point. Please note while there is off-street parking which is great to have, its a very tight fit & we drive a small vehicle. So be aware if you drive a larger vehicle you may not fit in the designated spots. The main living area was cooled by a mini split that worked well & the bedroom had a small separate window unit (in the wall) that worked well too. The bedroom unit was a bit noisy but didnt bother us personally & a good cover for the usual city noises that occur at night. We stayed on the ground floor & you will hear the people upstairs if its occupied, its unavoidable. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay & it suited the needs of our visit. Would recommend it if you need a simple and comfortable, place to stay in the city.

The place was perfect and location ideal for someone who likes to walk to nice restaurants and the Riverwalk

Our stay was phenomenal- very clean and central for all the places we visited: zoo/safari, Legoland, and Disneyland. Alan and his team were very responsive and helpful with trying to plan the logistics of our stay. The only thing I’d note is what appears to be the downstairs is a common area, not privately connected to this specific unit.

We loved our stay here, it was close to everything and it’s a safe area. We would recommend and definitely come back. Thank you !

Great updated home with walkable access to many midtown restaurants, shops, and bars. A quick Uber ride to downtown. We were able to walk to a different coffee shop every morning and had great dinners at The Waterboy and Alaro Brewery. Neighborhood was very quiet.

It was a cute apartment and very spacious. The apartment was walking distance to hospital. It's a beautiful neighborhood,lots of little eateries. Host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond.

I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Sacramento who would like a quiet space that's convenient to town. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We didn't do any cooking but appreciated the Keurig! The beds were comfortable and it was helpful to also have the work space. Our host was very responsive. Definitely booking here for our next trip to Sac! Thanks.

It was our first time staying in the Vista area and we were very happy with the location of this place! Alan was very friendly and responsive, also had great recommendations for various activities, restaurants, etc. that we decided to check out! There wasn’t a kitchen in the suite, but there were still some disposable cutlery and plates provided for us to use which was very helpful with our young kids. Glad we got to experience this part of California from where we were at! Thanks again for everything, Alan & Pam!

In Sacramento for a Rivercats game, we knew it could be hot and it was over 100 all three days. The game was in the evening and we went to a fabulous swimming hole for the day, and when we came home we were “thrilled to be chilled” by the excellent and quiet AC. We loved the location and the interior of the apartment is super clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need. We did have a bit of trouble getting the fridge to the right temp so that it wouldn’t freeze our produce. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location and size were perfect for my husband and I. The apartment was updated and modern. The bed was very comfy. We didn’t cook but we could have fixed wonderful meals in the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen.

I am in Sacramento for work twice a month and love to stay in midtown. Tim's place was in the middle of everything and was a lovely place.

Tim’s place was amazing for my fiancé and I. Really clean and exactly as described. It is on second floor but accessing was not an issue at all. Loved the parking space and they think about every detail. Left a new sponge to wash dishes and that for me is huge, love to re wash my dishes before using w a brand new sponge. Bathroom was very clean and so were the sheets…he was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend for your next stay in Sacramento.

As a local this was a perfect little getaway staycation beautiful little apartment tucked in a quieter neighborhood but walking distance or a quick drive to a lot of cool places. Tim was a great host super attentive definitely would recommend this place to any one visiting!

Wonderful location - able to walk to all the things we wanted to do downtown. Remarkably quiet for a place in the city. Lovely homes in the neighborhood, wonderful restaurants, nice small shops, artsy. The bed was very comfortable and the home is well equipped.
