Very convenient and comfortable mid-town flat. Easy parking in back.

Tim was a great host and his unit was wonderful. Right in the middle of downtown, it's great to walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and night life. At the end of it all coming home to a huge comfy bed and cozy spot was icing on the cake.

Tim’s place was the perfect location to stay, on our Sacramento trip! Lots of room and quiet at night! Parking was easy!

The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I felt very welcomed and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The location was convenient and made my stay all the more fun. I want to sincerely apologize for any disturbances during my stay. ‘twas never my intention to cause any inconvenience, and I’ll be more mindful in the future. I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the care and attention put into hosting.

Beautiful space in a great neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Very convenient to have on premises parking. I would stay here again in spring or fall. (Space heaters don’t provide enough warmth for this Florida girl in winter.)

Cozy bed and great kitchen. Really cutely decorated and felt really safe. It was a lovely stay and I was close to lots of stuff to do. Parking was no problem.

Had a pleasant and comfortable experience during my stay. Tim was so thorough and helpful from booking to check out. With a designated parking spot in the back and just blocks from great food, local history, and boutique shopping, I couldn’t think of a more perfect and quiet spot tucked away in prime Midtown Sac.

Our stay was great! Our room was clean and location was nice. Alan was very responsive and all of the details were laid out in the handbook. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the second time we stayed at Tim's place. We love midtown which is rich in history. Tim's place is peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the wonders of Sacramento.

Tim is a great host and responds quickly to messages. His home is located in a great area for enjoying all that downtown Sacramento has to offer. For the money, you can’t find a better place that is centrally located.

Had a wonderful stay at Alan’s place. Alan was an amazing host, quick to respond and very friendly. Place was easy to find, very clean, gated parking and had really nice style touches throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Vista / Northern San Diego area. Hope to return for another stay here soon!

Quiet, clean, and fully stocked. Tim was proactive in reaching out to provide all the info needed, and materials in the home provided guidance on restaurants and things to do. Very walkable. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and bath have been redone. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Plenty of towels. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Best part is that there was no exhaustive checklist of tasks to complete before leaving. Thanks for the easy and delightful Airbnb experience!

My husband & I booked this place because of the price, reviews and close location to Camp Pendleton & the beaches. We flew into town to see our Marine graduate from his MOS training. We were extremely impressed! Alan was exceptionally helpful & he responded to any questions I had INSTANTLY. They made sure to check on us, but they were not overbearing. It was perfect. The place way very clean (I'm OCD clean) & the coffee was the best! I enjoyed the French press making the coffee very smooth. The beds were very comfortable & it was nice to have the ductless air in each room. My son had the weekend off so the 2 bedrooms were perfect & better than any hotel stay. I cannot say enough good things about Alan, Pam and this Airbnb. Oh! & if you have time, there is a pizza place in walking distance that is really good. Once again, thank you for welcoming us at your Airbnb! I would love to stay again if it's available on our next trip down ❤️

This Airbnb was perfect for getting around Vista with walkable ease. It is also only 45 minutes from the San Diego zoo in 15 minutes from the San Diego airport. The Safari Park is only a 15 minute drive. The local restaurants and bars are so nice and a collection of unique experiences. All were within walking distance. Frazier’s market was a perfect grocery store within a three minute drive for any necessities.
